I'm so boring sometimes: I always go for a belted, floral dress and heels when I can't get creative with my clothes. The ruffled neckline and fit & flare style feel very 40's--which I love--but I think that the turquoise and peek-a-boo sleeves bring it into present-day. What do you guys feel your best in?
